Disclaimer

Effective 2 September 2026. This Disclaimer explains, in plain terms, what NAX AIGC does and does not promise. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and applies to every generation, sample, gallery film and credit you use on the platform, operated by THEBRG Enterprise (003120480-W), Malaysia.

The short version

• AI output is generated, never guaranteed. Credits are spent per attempt, including attempts you do not like.
• Everything in the gallery is a reference sample, not a promise of your result and not a tutorial.
• You are the publisher of whatever you generate. Rights, consents, claims and disclosure are your responsibility.
• We do not generate adult, violent or unlawful content, and misuse ends the account.

1. No guarantee of result

Generative AI is probabilistic. The same prompt and settings can produce materially different output, and no model can be forced to deliver a predetermined outcome. We make no representation or warranty that any generation will be accurate, realistic, beautiful, on-brand, usable, complete or fit for your purpose.

Output may contain distorted faces or hands, warped text or logos, impossible motion, flicker, continuity errors between shots, mispronunciation, imperfect lip-sync or audio drift. Iteration is a normal part of AI production and the number of attempts needed cannot be predicted or promised.

2. Credits are compute, not a result

Credits are consumed when a job is submitted and compute is reserved — not when you are satisfied. A result you dislike has still used the compute allocated to it, and those credits are not returned.

Where a job fails before usable output is delivered, credits for the failed work are returned automatically to your ledger. That return is a credit entry, not a cash refund. Displayed credit costs, yield estimates and render times are planning estimates only.

3. Gallery and samples are reference only

Films, images, backdrops and prompt notes shown on this site are illustrative reference material produced under controlled direction, often across many attempts and manual edits. They are not a benchmark, a service level, a template you are entitled to reproduce, or a guarantee that your brief will reach the same standard.

Nothing in the gallery is instruction, coaching or a step-by-step guide, and brands, products or people shown in samples do not imply any endorsement, partnership or affiliation.

4. You are the publisher

You alone decide whether, where and how output is published, and in law you are the publisher and advertiser of that material. You are responsible for clearing rights, permits, consents, likeness and voice permissions, product and pricing claims, and any platform, industry or advertising-standards rule that applies to you.

Where a law, platform policy or client contract requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated, you must do so clearly. We do not add, monitor or verify those disclosures for you.

5. Not professional advice

Nothing produced by the platform is professional, legal, medical, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and we perform no factual, editorial or legal review of output. Output may state things that are simply untrue.

The platform must not be used where an error, hallucination or delay could contribute to death, injury, property damage, financial loss, discrimination or loss of a legal right. See the high-risk use clause in our Terms.

6. Prohibited content

NAX AIGC does not generate sexual or adult content, content that sexualises minors, extreme violence or gore, or unlawful material of any kind. Every brief is screened automatically before credits are spent, and a blocked brief is rejected at no charge.

Impersonation, deepfakes of real people, fraud, scams, phishing, election manipulation and health or crisis misinformation are prohibited. Accounts used for these purposes are terminated, and serious cases may be reported to the authorities.

7. Third-party models and availability

The platform orchestrates third-party AI models and cloud infrastructure. Their availability, safety filters, output quality, pricing and terms are outside our control and may change without notice to us. Models and features may be added, changed or withdrawn.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, with no committed uptime, render time or queue position unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Limitation of liability and indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, missed deadlines, ad rejections, platform strikes, takedowns, or claims arising from your publication of output. Our aggregate liability is capped as stated in our Terms.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your input, your published output, your breach of the Terms, and any infringement of third-party intellectual property, privacy, likeness or personality rights.

9. Language versions

This document is provided in English, Chinese and Malay for convenience. If there is any conflict or ambiguity between versions, the English version prevails, and our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy govern in full.
